I am joining the Future Ventures Forum (FVF), a community united by a shared belief in continuously fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. We are an inclusive, sector-neutral, open-source ecosystem that spans all industries. Our community is designed to break down silos, diminish egos, and promote ecosystem building. It is entrepreneur-focused, welcoming, and dedicated to smashing social barriers.
This agreement outlines what it means to innovate collaboratively. It clarifies what we support and aim for, as well as what we resist and steer clear of. Serving as a benchmark, it assesses the quality of our choices, behaviors, and interactions. By signing, I commit to joining the Future Ventures community and to upholding and advocating for these 10 defined values and principles.

I agree to ‘pay forward' whatever positive benefits I receive.
- For every introduction I get, I will introduce another person.
- For every hour of advice I receive, I will give an hour of advice to someone else.
- For every risk someone takes with me, I will take risk with a different person.
FAIRNESS - I will treat everyone kindly and equally, avoiding taking advantage of anyone.
ADDITIVE - I will be additive, not extractive, in my connections. If you are here to just "peddle your wares", we are not the community for you.
LISTENING - I will foster unity and listen to others, recognizing that collective wisdom surpasses individual knowledge. I believe in inclusivity and see diversity as a source of strength.
HONESTY -
I will be honest and straightforward. I will speak with radical candour and call out the elephants in the room.
TEAM SPORT -
I will form teams to play, dream, experiment, iterate, and persist. I understand mistakes happen. Failing quickly and cheaply are acceptable ways of testing new ideas.
SHARING - I will open myself to learning from others. I am eager to act in order to learn. I will share my knowledge in the spirit of the Creative Commons to help foster learning in others.
ROLE MODEL - I will lead at times and follow at others. Each person serves as a role model for everyone else. I will live by these ideals and uphold them as a member of the Future Ventures community.
