Maxim Atanassov is a founder, strategist and scale-up operator with more than two decades of experience helping organizations unlock sustainable, defensible growth. As the founder of Future Ventures Corp., Maxim leads a scale-up agency built on the belief that companies don’t grow by accident; they grow through disciplined strategy, operational excellence and relentless execution.
His career spans Big Four consulting at Deloitte and EY, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on transformation, governance, and performance improvement across North America. He later served as the Governance, Risk & Compliance leader for three of the Top 20 companies listed on the TSX, guiding billion-dollar enterprises through complex strategic, financial and operational risk landscapes.
A 4x founder, Maxim has built, scaled, and operated companies across multiple industries, giving him firsthand insight into the pressures and opportunities founders face. This combination of corporate rigour and entrepreneurial velocity forms the backbone of Future Ventures’ scale-up methodology.
